Distance Business (D-Biz) Programme increased the Funding Amount from
500 million to 1.5 billion which announced on 26 June 2020 by Government.
Under the Anti-Epidemic Fund, the Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) has begun the Distance Business (D-Biz) Programme in response to enterprises which are affected by COVID-19 pandemic. This programme allocates $ 500 million for enterprises to develop their distance business with IT solutions such as online shops, remote invoicing, accounting, attendances and payroll etc. It is such a great opportunity for enterprises to upgrade and enhance their performances by using IT solutions for operation and management. *D-Biz Funding will be accessed and determined by Distance Business Programme Vetting Committee.

Sponsor enterprises to purchase and adopt technology solutions and related training expenses

The funding ceiling is HK$100,000 for each IT solution and the relevant expenses for the employees. Each enterprise may receive up to HK$300,000 as total funding for complete projects within six months according to the information provided by ITC
